You can call or text us to discuss your land! We're here to answer any questions you may have. If you don’t have any questions and are happy with the offer we sent, you can proceed by signing the purchase agreement.

To sign the agreement:

  1. Use the QR code on your postcard to access and sign the document digitally via DocuSign.

  2. Alternatively, look up your purchase agreement on our website using the purchase agreement number printed on your postcard.

❓Why shouldn’t I try to sell my land by myself?

Selling land on your own can be more difficult than most people expect. The market for vacant land is smaller than the housing market, and it often takes months, or even years, to find a serious buyer.

Most buyers are looking for land they can finance, but land loans are harder to get, which means you’ll usually need to find a cash buyer. That often requires spending money on marketing and waiting for the right buyer to come along.
